kings of tomorrow
Culture-led mentoring and support for Black boys aged 11–18 who are not currently in education, employment or training, or who are at risk of becoming disengaged.
Our Flagship Youth Mentoring Programme provides practical, culturally relevant mentoring to help young people build confidence, develop their skills and create a clear pathway towards education, employment or training.
Young people are matched with positive role models and culturally aware mentors who understand their experiences and can provide consistent, trusted support.

WHAT THE PROGRAMME OFFERS

Sessions provide a safe space to talk about education, careers, confidence, relationships, goals and challenges.
Mentors help young people identify where they want to go and develop realistic steps to get there.

Our mentors understand the importance of representation and culturally relevant support.
